KTQ Final Jam Update


The final Jam offering for KTQ includes [F12] Fullscreen toggle for WIN, some small patches meant to address previously-mentioned (occasional) anomolies, and some polish to assist in the “From/Return To Shadow” Strike sequence i imagined for this, taking it beyond a simple “single-player carrom”.

While i may revist this some day*, i want express my thanks to Rheia for the wicked Prizzilla voice work (so far?) which helps deliver the game’s immersion. I can’t imagine the game without it; it’s made the game for me!

I can see continuing KTQ into deeper Darkness with additional layouts and configurations (and mechanics?) but wanted to release it in time for the small AGK-Community game jam ending 04/30 and Finish It, as prescribed. I did and am happy to bring older scraps of code into the wild with things like this. If you have any ideas for further development, please communicate them!

That said, said Jam is now open for public voting and i hope you will spend a few minutes with each submission and offer your Feedback and Ratings, there. We do this stuff to share the fun and the biggest return for us is interaction with those that experience it!

Finally, some dev friends and i have conspired to create the May Days Co-Op Bundle by offering some of our paid stuff @ more than 90% off for a limited time. There’s plenty of fun to be had inside and, as itch has yet to index the bundle where it could be easily found by anyone simply browsing bundles, we are trying to spread the word :)

FYI: i’ve been embedding the # of Kills/Strikes for each Score with the current Top 5 @ 15/5, 15/6, 11/3, 14/6 & 9/3. If you’re seeking the top, you now have some insight on how to get there :)
